Industrial Accidents

The Engineering Institute’s forensic investigation team analyzes, documents, and evaluates industrial accident sites.

Our team of engineers has extensive factory experience including poultry-processing, metal forming, plastics production and assembly processes.

Rapid-response site documentation allows records of the station/machine at the time of the accident without significant downtime of the area.

A complete 3 dimensional survey of the accident site can be performed by combining our laser mapping equipment and FARO coordinate measurement system.

The Engineering Institute will prepare conclusions and/or a detailed report at the request of the client with accident causation factors and liability analysis.

CAD software in combination with animation software allows a highly accurate animation of the accident site and, if desired, accident scenario.
