Evidence Handling, Storage and Transport

Shane Alexander, a former police officer, has thirteen years experience in evidence handling. Whether the evidence is small pieces of a car, tires or the entire vehicle itself, Shane tags, photographs and covers all evidence in a manner to ensure no spoilation.

We offer an indoor inspection area for any party to inspect evidence. Shane will assist with vehicle transport, maneuvering, tools and photography. Our inspection bay is well-lit, clean and private. It is equipped with vehicle lifts and we have fork-lifts and other devices available for maneuvering.

Some tools are available. You can call ahead with requests for particular or unusual tools you may need. Shane will provide photography and video recording equipment upon request.

Storage

Our secured indoor storage facility provides protection from weather and vandalism. The building is large enough to accommodate all types of vehicles including commercial, recreational and trucks. Industrial equipment, appliances and firearms are also common evidence we securely store.

Paralegal Services

We offer legal research, single document retrieval, discovery and document review, Shepard's citation, citation validation, case brief drafts and deposition, interrogatories and testimony summaries. All services we provide are in accordance to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct Model Rule 5.3, thus all information is kept confidential.

Suzy Matthews graduated Summa cum Laude at Kaplan University with a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies. Currently, she is pursuing her Masters in Higher Education. With over twenty-five years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and business management, she has built a solid reputation as a business professional.She has studied and mastered the facets of legal research, as well as writing and analysis.
